This Privacy Policy explains how FaceBash (“FaceBash”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Tech G Labs LLC, collects, uses, and shares information when you use:

• The FaceBash mobile application (the “App”); and
• Our website at facebash.app and any related online services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

Photos & Profile Content

When you upload content, we collect:

• Photos or images you submit
• Approximate actual age associated with each photo
• Gender in photo (e.g., male or female), if you provide it
• Any captions, comments or text you submit with your photos

Ratings & Comments

When you rate other users’ photos, we collect:

• Appearance score and “potential” score
• Age guess
• Comments or feedback you write
• Likes you give on comments

Communications With Us

If you contact us (for support, feedback, legal inquiries, or otherwise), we collect:

• The content of your message
• Any contact information you include (e.g., email address)

You should not provide information that you are not comfortable sharing, and you should never upload photos of anyone under 18.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:

• General location information based on IP address (e.g., city/region level)
• Log information (timestamps, screens viewed, actions taken, crash reports, performance data)

We do not require precise GPS location for core FaceBash functionality.

8. Children and Minors

FaceBash is intended only for adults.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use FaceBash.
• You may not upload photos of anyone under 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor in violation of this policy, we will take reasonable steps to delete it and may disable the account.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• Using a strong, unique password
• Not sharing your login credentials with others

10. International Transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located in the United States and other countries. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated within the App or via email.
